When people say that dogs are man's best friend, we purrsonally think that is slander against cats. Yes, we know all the things that people say about cats. We know that people say cats are aloof and uncaring and that they only tolerate us because we bring them food. We know that people say that cats are not friendly. We know that they say cats are selfish. But they are wrong. It is as simple as that. Cats are very friendly… to the people that they choose. And we think that is fair. 

In fact, we think that being chosen by a cat is an honor. We think that being considered a friend by a cat is one of the best things that can happen to anyone. So really, the mother in this story should be very happy that her little girl found a friend so good so early in life.

    We would like to back every single comment that we have seen under this tweet and say… "so, when is the playdate?" Just because Piper is a cat does not mean that your daughter should not enjoy a lovely playdate with her.

    In fact, it should mean that the playdate would be extra purrfect. And most likely, sad playdate will turn into a whole adoption, and then, it would be a purrfect lifetime for the two of them together. Sounds lovely to us, no?
